Wraps1 is excited to announce another year of joining forces and sponsorship with the Fireball Run. The 2015,. 9th season of Fireball Run is themed Space Race, featuring four astronauts from four nations versus the 40 multinational driving teams. Starting in Hartford, Connecticut and finishing in Cocoa Beach, Florida, these 40 teams are about to take off on the adventure of a lifetime.
If this is your first time hearing about Fireball Run, get excited! Fireball Run is more than your typical marathon. Starting in 2007, this annual 8-day, 2000-mile, 14-destination event has taken 40 teams across america in a life-sized trivial pursuit. Starting September 26th these 40 teams will depart on an incredible adventure. Each location will challenge the teams with trivia.
So why do these teams participate? Quoting the creators of Fireball Run themselves, “ it’s all for bragging rights, a greater cause & a plastic road sign”. While on this epic adventure the 40 teams and 4 astronauts will be raising awareness for missing children, distributing more than 75,000 missing children posters along the way.
Wraps1 is excited to contribute and sponsor such a fantastic event through the custom wrapping of vehicles participating in the Fireball Run. Our Dallas Wraps1 team will be flying out to Connecticut the day of the race and applying wraps and logo blocks to the cars.
Each season of Fireball Run is streamed online and can be found on the Fireball Run homepage. The streaming will air from September 29th and will go until October 4th.
